The St. Charles District Library board of directors meets on the first Sunday of each month except for July and September.  No meeting is held in July or September.  The August meeting is held on the last Sunday of the month.  Board meetings are held at 4:00 pm in the conference room at 132 S. Saginaw Street, St. Charles, MI.

The board may also schedule special meetings at other times as needed, and will post notice according to the Open Meetings Act on this site at least 72 hours before each meeting.
